What We Collect

When you submit a job application, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, visa/work authorization status, current employer, your resume file, and (for PA ITSA positions) your signed Right to Represent form and skills assessment responses. We also record your IP address for security and fraud prevention purposes.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content.

Why We Collect It

Information is collected for recruitment purposes only — to evaluate your qualifications and match you with PA ITSA and standard IT contract positions. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to recruitment.

How It Is Stored

Application data is stored in a Supabase cloud PostgreSQL database. Uploaded files (resumes, RTR documents) are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Neither your personal data nor your uploaded files are publicly accessible — all files are served only through time-limited signed URLs generated server-side on request.

Who Can Access It

Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized recruiting staff at 3am Business Solutions LLC. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services have access to your application data.

Third-Party Sharing

Your information is shared with the end client only when your application is submitted for a specific position, and only with your knowledge (via the RTR form you sign). We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data for any other purpose.

Data Retention

Application data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, data may be deleted upon request. Contact us using the form below to request deletion of your information.
